One owner. One truck. Every call answered by the person doing the work.

Why owner-operated matters on a sprinkler job

An irrigation repair is mostly diagnosis. The head that is spraying sideways is obvious; the reason the whole zone has low pressure is not. When the person who took your call is the person kneeling at the valve box, nothing gets lost between a dispatcher, an estimator and a crew. Colby hears the symptom, sees the system, quotes the fix and does it. If something is not right afterwards, the number you call is his.

How he works

• Answers within the hour. Calls and texts, 6:30 am to 7:00 pm. Emergencies after hours.
• Runs the whole system first. Every zone, before anything is touched, so the quote is for the actual fault.
• Prices the job. One number for the work described, agreed before it starts. Nothing added without your say-so.
• Tests before leaving. You see it run. The invoice matches the quote.

What he works on

Anything irrigation: repair, maintenance and new installation of residential and light-commercial sprinkler systems; the backflow preventers that protect the drinking-water supply; French drains and yard drainage; irrigation re-routes for pool construction; and landscape installation with the irrigation designed in rather than added after. Licensed and insured for the work performed, certificates on request.
