What we collect

If you send the quote form we receive what you type: your name, mobile number, property address or city, the kind of job, a description of the problem, how soon you need it, and an email address if you give one. The page you sent it from is recorded so we know which service you were reading about. Nothing else is collected by the form.

If you call, text or email, we have whatever your phone or email client sends, your number or address and the message itself.

Why we use it

To call or text you back, come out and give a quote, do the work and invoice it. That is the only purpose. We do not run a mailing list, we do not sell or share the information for marketing, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to the job you asked about.

Who processes it

The quote form does not send anything to a server. When you press send, it opens a pre-filled text message (on a phone) or email (on a computer) in your own messaging app, addressed to us, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it from there. Your message is then carried by your carrier or email provider under their terms. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads; no other Google service is used. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which logs requests for security and performance in the ordinary way.

There are no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, no social media pixels and no cookies set by this site.

Sun Coast Digital Media built and maintains this website for MacGregor Sprinkler. Because the quote form sends nothing to a server, Sun Coast receives none of what you type into it.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no cookies. It stores one flag, mgs-intro, in your browser’s session storage so the short opening animation plays only once per visit. It holds the value 1, is never sent to us or anyone else, and your browser erases it when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and messages are kept for as long as needed to schedule and complete the work and, once invoiced, for the period Florida record-keeping and tax rules require for business records. Requests that do not turn into a job are deleted within a reasonable time.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing Macgregorsprinkler@gmail.com or texting (904) 528-1543. We will do it unless a legal record-keeping obligation prevents it, and we will tell you if so.

Security, and what not to send

The site is served over HTTPS. Still, please do not send payment-card numbers, gate or alarm codes, or anything else sensitive through the form or by text. Share those by phone once a visit is scheduled.

Children

This site is for adults arranging work on property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If the way the site handles information changes, for example if analytics is added, this page will be updated first.
